Short version

FeelGlow does not use cookies, has no accounts and shows no ads. We count visits to salon pages without knowing who you are. The only personal data we receive is what you type into the owner form.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes the technical requests needed to deliver pages (such as your IP address) as any web host does. We do not set cookies and do not use advertising or tracking tools.

On a salon page we send one small anonymous message when the page opens, and one when you tap that salon’s phone number, LINE, website, Facebook, Instagram, directions or Book button. It holds only the salon, the kind of tap and the page language. It holds no IP address, no device details and nothing that identifies you. Salons get a count of these, nothing more.

Maps

Street maps on salon pages are loaded from OpenFreeMap, using OpenStreetMap data, when the map comes into view. Your browser contacts their servers to get the map tiles, so they see your IP address as any map provider does. See openfreemap.org and openstreetmap.org for how they handle it.

Links to other sites

Salon pages link to the salon’s own phone, website, LINE, Facebook and Instagram, and to Google Maps for directions. Once you follow a link, that site’s own rules apply. These links are marked nofollow.

The owner form

If you use the form on the owners page, we receive the salon page, your name, your contact (phone, LINE or email) and your message. It is emailed to us and used only to update or remove the salon page and to reply to you. We do not sell it or share it. We keep it as long as we need it for that, and delete it when you ask.

Where the salon information comes from

Salon names, addresses, phone numbers and links come from open and public sources (Overture Maps, Foursquare’s open places data, OpenStreetMap) and from what owners send us. They are business details, not personal profiles. If a page is yours and something is wrong, or you want it removed, use the owner form or write to us. We will fix or remove it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw anything you sent. Write to us at hello@feelglow.app.

If what we do changes, we update this page and the date above.
